Role Overview
DeBra-Kuempel is seeking a Business Development Associate to secure new Preventative Maintenance Service Agreements within an existing market. The role involves developing professional networks, utilizing a company-supplied B2B database, and implementing EMCOR National Agreements.

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for developing custom solutions, creating proposals, and following up on opportunities to meet individual customer needs.

Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a proactive, positive, team-based style
- Capability to align planning objectives with a pipeline development process to grow market revenue
- Self-motivated, possessing a high energy level and a desire to achieve goals beyond what is required
- Excellent attendance required- must be dependable
- Possess a team player attitude and professional appearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability and willingness to learn other software applications as required
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Knowledge of HVAC industry a plus, but not required
- Minimum of 3+ years of direct outside sales experience
- Knowledge of Healthcare and Commercial property sectors highly preferred
- 3-5 years related experience in Mechanical Industry or Contract Sales
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
