People Operations Specialist, HR, Fintech, Limassol

We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to support our global operations, with a focus on onboarding, changes, and offboarding coordination, as well as assisting employees with inquiries. The role is based in Cyprus, but will also serve global teams in the UAE, Mauritius, UK, HK, Kenya, and Nigeria.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years experience in Human Resources, particularly in HR operations and employee onboarding.
• Strong understanding of local employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
