Emerson is seeking an Area Sales Manager to champion Propulsion Optimization and Emission Saving Technologies (EST) across key markets in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. The successful candidate will build strong customer relationships, drive market participation, and contribute to Emerson’s growth strategy.
Requirements
- Knowledge of marine propulsion control systems or a sailing background with strong knowledge of propulsion control systems with an aptitude for sales.
- Skills in customer engagement, key account management, and value-focused selling.
- Ability to thrive in a matrix environment and collaborate across teams and functions.
- Lead and motivate the team effectively in achieving the annual Trade Order and Sales targets.
- Strengths in analytical thinking, problem-solving, practical learning, and attention to detail.
