Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager for Emerson’s Natural Gas business, you will drive business development activities with a focus on Southern Italy, working closely with OEMs and industrial users. This role requires a proactive, “hunter” mindset and the ability to independently identify and develop new opportunities while collaborating across teams.
What You Will Do
Define and execute commercial development plans, actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, promote Emerson’s solutions, drive lifecycle services growth, build and maintain customer relationships, and manage the opportunity lifecycle.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools for pipeline management and forecasting
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills across technical and business stakeholders
- Professional proficiency in Italian and working knowledge of English
