Data Operations Program Lead

The Data Operations Program Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating key data operations programs in close collaboration with development teams and functional leaders, ensuring the delivery of impactful, data-driven solutions. This person will drive the creation and adoption of productivity tools, applications, dashboards, and reporting that support Control Systems and Software (CSS) Sales, Sales Support, Operations, and European Support Functions.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience, ideally in roles involving data, digital tools, or process improvement
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with analytics, application development, SharePoint, or similar technology platforms
• Proven ability to work with data standards, quality controls, and structured workflows
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with functional leaders to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Strong understanding of or ability to learn the Microsoft ecosystem (Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, automation tools, etc.)
• Ability to support testing, user feedback cycles, and change adoption across multiple functions
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel as required
