Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Role Overview

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the business, ensuring the integrity of financial statements, and maintaining internal controls. The role requires a detail-oriented Finance Manager with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities of this role include managing financial results reporting, budgeting, monthly reviews, annual budget meetings, and planning cycles. The manager will also ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements, safeguard assets, and monitor internal control systems.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and/or Finance, 10+ years of solid experience in accounting and/or finance, and strong computer skills including experience with a major ERP such as Oracle. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
