Role Overview
Lead sales teams and develop business in complex industrial markets. Develop and execute national sales and business development strategy aligned with Flexim APAC/Global objectives. Provide hands-on coaching during customer meetings, field visits, project reviews, and escalations.
What You Will Do
Own India Flexim order booking POR, forecasting, pricing governance, and overall profitability. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Flexim India, APAC, and Global teams, and execute actions to achieve set targets. Plan, Lead and Execute Marketing campaign activities for Flexim Product Line Growth in India.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering like Instrumentation, Electronics, Process, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering
- 15+ years of experience in industrial instrumentation sales, Business Development, or related roles in the process automation industry
- Proven leadership experience in national or regional sales roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels
- Ability to plan strategically, manage complex pursuits, and drive profitable growth in a competitive market
- Strong strategic mindset with a continuous improvement orientation
- Courageous and flexible mindset to embrace and lead change
