The Sales Manager (RAPID Site Leader) is responsible for driving Emerson’s overall business at the RAPID site, focusing on maximizing growth opportunities across all Measurement & Analytical product lines, with a primary emphasis on installed base.
Requirements
- Serve as Emerson’s primary business leader for the RAPID site, ensuring strong customer engagement and alignment with site stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive site strategy to maximize Emerson’s share of wallet across all business units.
- Own and deliver the M&A booking targets for RAPID, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting.
- Drive initiatives to grow the installed base business from USD 5M to USD 10M by FY28.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats.
- Provide insights to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer requirements.
