The Sales Operations Manager will serve as the strategic backbone of our sales organization, driving productivity by simplifying complex workflows and optimizing the end-to-end quoting and funnel processes. This role will provide actionable insights that guide executive decision-making and refine lead qualification and incentive planning to ensure our teams are equipped to work smarter and achieve peak performance.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or Management Consulting.
- 1+ years CRM Administration
- High-level Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs are a baseline; SQL is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to look at a 10% drop in conversion and diagnose why it’s happening.
- Experience explaining complex data to a non-technical group and team members.
