Senior Financial Analyst FP&A

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst FP&A to join the Quebec finance team, reporting to the Director of Finance and Administration for Quebec. The role is essential to support activity planning, financial performance analysis, strategic decision-making, and revenue growth initiatives.

The main responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst FP&A role are: lead monthly financial review meetings, analyze budget variances, prepare consolidated reports, perform detailed financial analyses, and develop key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Obtained or in the process of obtaining a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Excellent skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
• The ability to communicate in English (written and oral) is preferred due to frequent communication with a predominantly English-speaking clientele.
