Encord is looking for a Growth Manager to drive pipeline across paid channels, website, lifecycle marketing, and support community initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B growth, paid acquisition, or a commercially rigorous field and be proficient with attribution and CRM tools like HubSpot.
Requirements
- Drive high-intent leads from paid, web, and lifecycle programmes to a qualified demo
- Own day-to-day operations across primary paid channels – Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Run conversion optimisation across website – landing pages, CTAs, forms, and key buyer journeys
- Own lifecycle and email marketing – nurture sequences, post-event follow-up, dormant-lead reactivation, newsletter operations, and HubSpot workflows
- Support events strategy with paid promotion, pre and post-event nurture, and follow-up sequences
- Report on and analyze campaign and programme performance in HubSpot
