Role Overview

The Business Development Director will lead the business development strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets, focusing on large-scale IT services deals within BFSI. • Experience leading strategic new business development initiatives to drive sales opportunities for large enterprise clients
• Sales-driven professional with hunter-centric net new logo sales experience
• Strong ability to identify industry pain points to engage with and persuade VP or C-level decision-makers
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
