Senior Field Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

As a Senior Field Marketing Specialist, you will help shape and deliver integrated marketing programmes across EMEA that strengthen Endava’s brand, engage clients and support commercial growth.

What You Will Do

Develop and deliver regional field marketing plans, create integrated campaigns, work with Sales and Industry leaders to identify target accounts, and adapt global marketing programmes for regional market needs.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification.
• At least five years’ experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, demand generation or integrated marketing.
• Experience in technology consulting, digital services, IT services, SaaS or professional services.
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and executive-level events.
• Experience working closely with Sales teams to support pipeline generation.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities across regions, teams and stakeholders.
• A strong analytical mindset, with experience using campaign performance data to inform decisions.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo or similar.
• Experience developing or delivering account-based marketing programmes.
• Experience working within a global, matrix organisation.
• Knowledge of digital transformation, cloud, AI, software engineering or consulting markets.
• Experience managing external agencies and strategic partnerships.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
