A global clean-energy technology business is expanding its footprint across the Asia-Pacific region and is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support international growth from Sydney.

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive a smooth experience, from first enquiry through to delivery. This role is suited to someone who has strong attention to detail, enjoys coordination, problem solving and stakeholder engagement.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting international sales activity across multiple regions
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and follow-up
- Preparing pricing, quotations, and sales documentation
- Managing orders and coordinating with logistics and operations teams
- Assisting with tenders, RFQs, and large project submissions
- Maintaining accurate CRM and sales pipeline information
- Using data and insights to support forecasting and decision-making
- Helping improve sales processes and customer experience as the business grows
What we’re looking for
- Experience in sales operations, sales support, customer service, or a similar role
- Exposure to international sales, logistics, or trade environments (highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce or CPQ experience is a plus)
- Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
