Requirements
- Proven ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities with a focus on I&C customers.
- Proven ability to manage an ongoing pipeline.
- Proven ability in TPI development and Sales Campaigns.
- Expertise in managing multi-site customers and delivering tailored solutions.
- Strong numerical, analytical, IT skills and verbal reasoning.
- Effective problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales tools.
- Excellent presentation, proposal, and report writing skills.
- Advanced knowledge of sales techniques and strategies for optimization.
- Strategic planning and development to achieve business objectives.
- Strong relationship management skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of the UK Energy Market with special reference to flexible supply contracts.
- Knowledge of complex products (traded market) and product development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
