I&C Sales – Business Development Manager

Drive business growth within I&C B2B Energy Supply Division by developing and converting a pipeline of new business opportunities within the Energy Supply Sales team.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities with a focus on I&C customers.
  • Proven ability to manage an ongoing pipeline.
  • Proven ability in TPI development and Sales Campaigns.
  • Expertise in managing multi-site customers and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, IT skills and verbal reasoning.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales tools.
  • Excellent presentation, proposal, and report writing skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales techniques and strategies for optimization.
  • Strategic planning and development to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong relationship management skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the UK Energy Market with special reference to flexible supply contracts.
  • Knowledge of complex products (traded market) and product development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
