Role Overview

Lead Ford Racing’s production off-road racing strategy by showcasing the capability, durability, and innovation of vehicles customers can buy. The role transforms competition into product validation, brand leadership, and customer inspiration.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement marketing strategy for assigned series, oversee partnerships, interface with stakeholders, work cross-functionally with various teams, assess business opportunities, and manage program messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in motorsports marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of the motorsports industry and its key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders
