At Enjoin, we are seeking a Sr. Growth Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize demand generation and digital marketing initiatives across channels, supporting demand generation and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and enjoys both creative and data-driven optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing
• Experience executing campaigns across digital channels (email, web, social, paid)
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
• Excellent project management and execution skills
