We are seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to lead our People team across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring the delivery of a seamless, high-quality employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading HR Operations, People Services, or People Experience functions across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong experience managing HRIS and payroll systems, including optimisation and vendor management.
- Proven leadership of operational teams delivering end-to-end employee lifecycle services.
- Working knowledge of employment legislation across Australia and New Zealand.
- Demonstrated success driving process improvement, automation, and operational transformation.
- Formal qualifications in HR, Business Operations, or related disciplines.
