Role Overview

Provide end-to-end sales operations support and cross-functional coordination, manage sales reporting, analysis, and forecasting tools, and transform raw sales data into accurate, actionable insights.

What You Will Do

Manage and process sales-related requests, prepare and maintain sales reports, identify data discrepancies or operational issues, and assist in organizing sales meetings and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years of sales support or operations experience
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Familiarity with SAP/BI tools
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
