Role Overview
The Product Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the operational performance of products and services. This role focuses on collecting and interpreting operational data, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
What You Will Do
Gather and analyze operational data, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. Develop and maintain operational performance dashboards and reports, and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical or business-related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum experience required: Analyst I (0-2 years), Analyst II (2-4 years), Analyst III (4-6 years), Analyst Sr (6-8 years), Analyst Sr Lead (8+ years)
- Strong data collection, analysis, and interpretation skills
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with utility products or programs, and strong eagerness to learn/adopt Agile ways of working
