We are seeking an Account Executive to accelerate our traction with large companies in Brazil, especially in the insurance, credit, and real estate sectors.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive in complex B2B sales (SaaS, fintech, or payments)
- Experience: between 5 and 7 years in sales consulting and/or in the technology sector
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build business cases and ROI for enterprise clients
- Mastery of consultative sales methodologies (SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger, BANT, etc.)
- Genuine curiosity and growth mindset — someone who studies the market, product, and clients all the time
- Total ownership: you see yourself as the owner of the accounts, delivery, and results
- Adaptability to rapid changes and a preference for high-speed and autonomous environments
- Experience with payment means, integrations (ERP, gateways, CRMs), APIs, or fintechs
- Languages: advanced Spanish and/or English for communication with global teams
