Data Operations & Support Engineer

Data Operations & Support Engineer will ensure smooth operation and support of enterprise data platforms and integrations. The role includes monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining production workflows across systems such as SAP PO, Informatica, and Cloudera, ensuring data integrity and timely issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data operations, data support, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Cloudera (Hadoop ecosystem)
• Hands-on experience in Informatica (Operations & Support), including monitoring workflows, troubleshooting failures, and supporting production environments.
• Experience with SAP BO.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
