The Data Operations & Support Engineer will ensure smooth operation and support of enterprise data platforms and integrations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining production workflows across systems such as SAP PO, Informatica, and Cloudera.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data operations, data support, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Cloudera (Hadoop ecosystem)
- Hands-on experience in Informatica (Operations & Support), including monitoring workflows, troubleshooting failures, and supporting production environments.
- Experience with SAP BO.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
