Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Eon is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Eon’s products, from product launches and campaigns to messaging, positioning, and sales enablement. The role requires a strong technical foundation and the ability to understand complex technical products and translate them into simple, differentiated, and compelling customer-facing stories.

What You Will Do

The Product Marketing Manager will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, own product positioning and messaging, conduct customer and market research, build and maintain competitive intelligence, and partner with cross-functional teams to create sales enablement materials and content.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of relevant B2B product marketing experience, a strong technical foundation, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant B2B product marketing experience
  • Strong technical foundation, with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on technical experience
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical products and translate them into simple, differentiated, and compelling customer-facing stories
  • Proven experience taking technical B2B products to market, including positioning, messaging, launches, competitive strategy, and sales enablement
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts without losing technical depth or credibility
  • Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and positioning
  • Hands-on experience using modern AI tools in day-to-day marketing workflows, with genuine curiosity about how AI is changing the way products are built and marketed
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities evolve and you’re expected to take ownership rather than wait for instructions
  • Data-driven and comfortable using performance metrics, customer feedback, and market signals to make decisions
  • Strong bias toward action, with the ability to move from strategy to execution quickly

Benefits

  • Equity Participation (RSUs!)
  • 401K match
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Generous benefits including medical, dental, and vision options available to you
  • Vibrant office with meals, happy hours, employee events, and volunteer days
  • Home office setup and culture events for remote employees
