The Group Sales Manager is responsible for driving group and event sales, with a strong emphasis on corporate meetings, retreats and off-sites. The ideal candidate is results-driven, relationship-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and coastal resort experiences.

Requirements

  • Drive group and event sales with a focus on corporate meetings, retreats, and off-sites
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
  • Manage incoming inquiries, conduct site tours, and prepare proposals
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and produce regular sales reports
