Role Overview
Join our global force of innovators to shape and expand a forward-thinking FP&A function, building financial processes and structures that scale with the business. As a FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in our team as the Epidemic Group continues to scale, bringing structure, insight, and analytical rigor to how we track and forecast the business.
What You Will Do
Your key responsibilities include financial management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, revenue and cost monitoring, KPI reporting, visualization, ad-hoc business performance reporting, and financial process development.

Requirements
- University degree in Economics or Business Administration
- Experience working as a Business Controller, preferably in a global and/or rapidly scaling organization
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify root causes and build scalable financial processes
- Strong communication skills and an outgoing, curious mindset, with the ability to prioritize and plan your own time effectively
- Advanced user of Excel
- Fluent in English, written and spoken (our corporate language)
