We’re looking for a Payment Product Operations Manager to lead the development and implementation of strategies aimed at enhancing product operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or a similar role, preferably within a payments or tech company focused on SMEs and long-tail merchants.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building strong relationships with diverse groups both internally and externally.
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects from conception through execution, demonstrating an ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, showing adaptability and resilience under pressure.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken), for most effective communication with internal stakeholders.
