We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support the effectiveness and productivity of our commercial organization in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Marketing, or related roles
- Experience supporting sales teams with training, content creation, or process improvement
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple materials
- Comfortable working with tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a growing company
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is preferred
