Senior Manager, Affiliate Partnerships

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Affiliate Partnerships to lead and scale our affiliate and strategic partnerships program in Malaysia. The successful candidate will have 6–10+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing and a proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and delivering measurable growth.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and delivering measurable growth
• Strong network within affiliate ecosystems (publishers, networks, agencies)
• Experience in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or digital platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using tracking and attribution tools
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong communication skills in English (additional local language is a plus)
