We are looking for a Territory Account Manager to expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a full sales strategy, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. This is a competitive role with a base salary plus uncapped commission.
Requirements
- Superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
- Pump, Power & HVAC equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced growing company
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
- Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
