Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of personal care, healthcare, and home care products across Africa and they are seeking to hire an experienced Export /B2B Sales Manager to drive the development and growth of their local and international markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field
- 4–5 years of experience in export sales or international market development, preferably within the FMCG sector
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, international trade regulations, and global logistics processes
- Proven ability to develop international markets and manage distributor relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience managing B2B accounts both local and international distributors
