Vice President Growth & Development

Role Overview

The Vice President, Growth and Development is responsible for advancing Eskaton’s strategic growth agenda through enterprise master planning, affiliations, management services, partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will lead and coordinate Eskaton’s major master planning, campus development, and community repositioning initiatives, establish screening criteria and prioritization processes for identifying and evaluating affiliation, acquisition, partnership, and expansion opportunities, and develop a focused strategy and clear criteria for expanding Eskaton through management, support, and advisory service relationships.

Requirements

• At least 5 years progressive leadership experience in strategy, growth, development, operations, finance, real estate, senior living, healthcare, or another complex service environment
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives involving senior executives, Boards, and external advisors, with the ability to produce clear, decision-quality materials
• Experience with master planning, real estate development, affiliations, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, or management services strongly preferred
• Strong financial and business acumen, paired with demonstrated alignment to Eskaton’s core values and a high-performance culture that balances excellence, accountability, empowerment, learning, stakeholder impact, and long-term financial stewardship
