What is the role-

Leading from the front/hands on role managing a team of 6 Enterprise new business solutions sellers

A key leadership position you are responsible for team building & the execution of the sales strategy.

Coaching/driving your team/getting close to deals and the salespeople – this would suit a Sales Leader who loves the execution part of the process.

Essential experience required-

Have a background managing a team selling complex IT solutions to large enterprises. Ideally SaaS but not essential

Achieved target 4 out of last 5 years.

Outstanding leader with a minimum of 5 years experience leading new business enterprise salespeople.
