Role Overview
Essity is looking for an experienced marketing leader to grow its compression portfolio in the US. The role is pivotal in defending market leadership and driving clarity in understanding positioning and strategy for retention and new customer adoption in the United States.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the Health & Medical Compression therapy profit and loss, strategy development and execution, managing a team of 3 marketers, and developing compelling narratives and value propositions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-year work experience in marketing at consumer goods or healthcare organization
- Excellent written and presentation skills
- Self-starter with strong forward lean
- Collaborative leadership style
- Strong utilization of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional business acumen
