Senior Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and assuring a consistent brand presence, creating and implementing the annual marketing plan, and planning and controlling marketing and media budgets. The role will also involve concepting B2B and B2C campaigns, email marketing, and newsletters, as well as creating print and advertising materials.

What You Will Do

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for a wide range of marketing tasks, including project management of the website relaunch, coordination of print, radio, TV, and online advertising, and marketing support for sales and convention & event.

The ideal candidate will have completed studies or comparable training in marketing, communication, hotel, tourism, or event management, with several years of marketing experience in a hotel, Congress Center, or event location. The candidate should have a very good understanding of the hotel, Congress, or event industry and their B2B and B2C target groups.

Requirements

• Completed studies or comparable training in the field of marketing, communication, hotel, tourism or event management
• Several years of marketing experience, ideally in a hotel, Congress Center or event location
• Very good understanding of the hotel, Congress or event industry as well as their B2B and B2C target groups
• Experience in budget planning, campaign control and cooperation with agencies
• Safe handling of digital marketing, CMS, email marketing and reporting tools
• Strategic, creative and hands-on approach
• Communication strength as well as very good German and English skills
