Ethos is a leading life insurance technology company seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join their Revenue Operations team. The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, providing insights and analysis, and driving multiple projects to support rapid revenue growth and scalability of operations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of overall experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, PnL, Ops & Strategy or other related fields
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue/Strategy/Growth function in B2C
- Tier-1 UG/Tier 1/2 MBA with at least 2 years of experience post MBA
- Salesforce system admin experience
- Experience with configuring and using sales technologies (e.g. CRM – Salesforce, Hubspot, Telephony Tools etc.)
- Proficient in using analytical tools like Excel, SQL to derive actionable insights from data
