Role Overview

Join Eurobank as a Data Scientist to drive innovation, translate business challenges into advanced analytics and AI solutions, and create measurable value. You will leverage structured and unstructured data to uncover insights, support decision-making, and develop innovative solutions using Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI technologies.

What You Will Do

Translate business requirements into advanced analytics, develop a deep understanding of business processes, design and develop statistical models, predictive analytics solutions, and Machine Learning models, and explore and implement Generative AI use cases.

You will be a great candidate if you have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related consulting and business environments, and possess excellent Python programming skills and hands-on experience with data science and Machine Learning frameworks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence or related consulting and business environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong knowledge of statistical modelling, predictive analytics, Machine Learning techniques, experimentation methodologies, and model evaluation practices.
• Excellent Python programming skills and hands-on experience with data science and Machine Learning frameworks.
• Hands-on familiarity with Generative AI technologies, including Large and Small Language Models (LLMs/SLMs), prompt engineering, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Familiarity with cloud-based data and AI platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, and a solid understanding of AI solution deployment, monitoring, and MLOps/LLMOps principles.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business challenges into actionable analytical insights and AI-enabled solutions.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, combined with a collaborative mindset and passion for innovation.
