Role Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst will assume end-to-end ownership of the organization’s financial performance, serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
What You Will Do
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, generate regular reporting on operational and financial KPIs, conduct variance analysis, and support M&A activities through financial analysis.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and/or accounting
- Proficiency with financial modeling and analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Oracle, Coupa, Great Plains, and ERP systems
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation
