Sales Operations Specialist

Everflow is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to manage and maintain its HubSpot CRM instance, troubleshoot technical issues, and create reports and dashboards to drive visibility and boost performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales operations experience
  • Experience as a CRM admin in Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Data Literacy and comfort with excel, CRM reporting, and building dashboards
  • Sales Background or Extensive Sales Knowledge
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience with data manipulation, management, analysis, and reporting
  • Comfortable leading complex projects and working autonomously in multiple systems
