Everflow is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to manage and maintain its HubSpot CRM instance, troubleshoot technical issues, and create reports and dashboards to drive visibility and boost performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales operations experience
- Experience as a CRM admin in Hubspot or Salesforce
- Data Literacy and comfort with excel, CRM reporting, and building dashboards
- Sales Background or Extensive Sales Knowledge
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience with data manipulation, management, analysis, and reporting
- Comfortable leading complex projects and working autonomously in multiple systems
