Role Overview
The Principal Infrastructure Automation & AI Ops Engineer will modernize enterprise infrastructure operations across endpoint, identity, Microsoft 365, network, cloud, and IT service management. This role will establish an automation-first, API-driven, AI-assisted operating model that replaces manual administration with policy-as-code, automated remediation, and intelligent operational workflows.
What You Will Do
The engineer will act as a technical authority and architecture leader, unifying various infrastructure and tools into a single automation and telemetry architecture. They will design and implement automated workflows, troubleshoot production issues, and define AI-driven remediation strategies.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have experience designing automation in large enterprise environments, expertise in Microsoft Intune and Windows endpoint management, and strong hands-on Entra ID experience. They will also have advanced scripting skills, experience with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines, and a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 administration.
Requirements
- 10+ years in infrastructure, systems, or platform engineering
- Expert-level Microsoft Intune and Windows endpoint management
- Strong hands-on Entra ID experience
- Advanced PowerShell, Python, and/or Bash skills
- Experience with Terraform, Bicep, or Ansible and CI/CD pipelines
- Deep Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Experience with EDR platforms (CrowdStrike Falcon preferred) and vulnerability/patch management reporting
