We are looking for a People Operations Manager to own and evolve the core People infrastructure that supports both our corporate and retail teams. You will oversee the employee lifecycle, compensation and benefits operations, performance processes, and compliance — ensuring Everlane’s people programs are scalable, accurate, and designed with the employee experience at the center.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Analytics
- Strong hands-on experience with HRIS and People systems (UKG, ADP, Zendesk preferred)
- Experience supporting a retail or hourly (non-exempt), multi-location workforce
- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and clean data
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
- High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
- A service-oriented mindset with the ability to support employees and leaders with empathy and clarity
