People Operations Coordinator

Everlywell is a digital health company pioneering biomarker intelligence. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, service-driven People Operations Coordinator to join our Austin-based team.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Experience working with HRIS systems
• Solid understanding of HR fundamentals and employee lifecycle processes
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative, service-oriented mindset
