Role Overview

Join a delivery team of certified Salesforce professionals to shape specifications, contribute to solution design, and build on the platform to meet client needs. This is a client-facing role, so clear communication and comfort collaborating with business stakeholders matter as much as technical skill.

What You Will Do

Build and deploy Salesforce solutions using Flows, Lightning Web Components, Apex classes and triggers, and Visualforce. Create integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, Apex, and iPaaS tools. Design data models, user interfaces, business logic, and security for custom applications.

Requirements

• Salesforce Platform Developer certification
• At least 1 year of hands-on Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce API development
• At least 2 years of overall IT or software development experience
• Experience designing and building integrations between Salesforce and other applications
• The ability to view a problem through a business lens, not only a technical one
• Self-direction and follow-through with minimal oversight
• Comfort analyzing and presenting business data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Success working both independently and as part of a team
• Energy for a fast-paced, small-company environment
• Familiarity with test-driven development, Agile, and Scrum
