Technical Enablement Manager

Role Overview

As a Technical Enablement Manager, you will own technical enablement for the entire GTM org, both onboarding and everboarding. You will design and run technical onboarding for new AEs and FDEs, own ongoing enablement, and build a library of enablement content.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include designing and running technical onboarding, owning ongoing enablement, turning new platform capabilities into field-ready content, coaching technical sellers, and building the infrastructure that scales enablement.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience in technical enablement, solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical training, or another role enabling technical seller personas. You should have strong technical aptitude and curiosity, and be comfortable building things yourself.

  • Strong technical aptitude and curiosity
  • Ability to design and deliver training for both technical and sales audiences
  • Hands-on experience using AI in your own work
