Role Overview

The Business Development Director plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. This position leads the development and execution of strategic business development initiatives to increase referral volume, expand market share, and achieve the hospital’s patient census goals.

What You Will Do

Conduct in-depth market research, develop and execute comprehensive business development plans, establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and outreach campaigns.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with an active license preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record, as well as applicable insurance as required by state law
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven success in business development or marketing within the healthcare industry; inpatient rehabilitation experience highly desirable
