Role Overview
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, configuring Salesforce to fit the company’s needs, creating, and managing fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, and other Salesforce objects and functions specific to the betterment and optimization of the enterprise’s provider lifecycle management (PLM) experience.
What You Will Do
The Salesforce Administrator will manage and develop the salesforce.com platform to meet the provider network engagement’s business needs, ensuring the stability and scalability of the system, design and implement new features, and offer support and training to users.

Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years related work experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
- Prior experience in a technical role supporting provider networks strongly preferred
- Proven work experience as a Salesforce administrator
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
- Experience in setting up and managing user profiles, roles, and permission sets in Salesforce
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations required
- Working knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams, diverse groups and individuals to achieve common goals
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive towards desired outcome in a timely manner
- Knowledge of system development life cycle activities
- Working knowledge of structured analysis and design, unit testing and data gathering techniques
- Strong process orientation and critical thinking skills
