Senior Analyst – Sales Operations

Role Overview

As a Senior Analyst – Sales Operations, you will support the operation and execution of transactional global payments to and from Expedia Group across financial platforms. You will partner with various business teams, investigate and resolve complex financial transactions, and lead information management and reporting activities.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include auditing system outputs, validating financial data accuracy, and creating reports and tools to improve operational efficiency. You will also translate complex analyses into clear insights, partner with Business Intelligence teams, and support team leadership and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, data analytics, or related technical field
• Six or more years of applicable experience in financial operations, payments, sales operations, business analysis, or a related field
• Experience working with financial systems, ERP platforms, databases, and management reporting tools
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience validating data accuracy, identifying trends, and developing actionable reporting or visualizations
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, complex projects, and overlapping deadlines
• Proficient written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience identifying root causes and implementing practical process improvements
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem solving
