Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous experience in Logistics and/or high volume Customer Service roles
- Fluent in English; Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- Self starter and is able to work in fast-paced environment
- Possesses a positive, can-do attitude
- Proficient with Windows and/or macOS
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Google Applications is a plus
