Coordinator – Sales Operations

Role Overview

Take responsibility for inquiries from customers and support DSEs to secure business opportunities. Perform the best customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction. Communicate service issues to Department Managers/ Supervisors.

What You Will Do

Monitor sales tasks and ensure the fulfillments. Responsible for Company system inputs and updates. Corporate and work with other branches related to any sales issues.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ability to communicate in Chinese or Korean or Japanese is an added advantage. Graduated student from University/ College or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 1-year Expeditors /industry experience.

Requirements

• Graduated student from University/ College or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 1-year Expeditors /industry experience
• Knowledge of required company’s operating systems as well PC skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Demonstrated customer service skills and proven interpersonal skills
