Sales Operations Manager

Role Overview

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will assist the Expereo sales team to achieve their targets. You will work on the administration side of the business which includes handling correspondence, reviewing opportunities, and creating as well as distributing quotations. This role will operate on EMEA-aligned working schedule and to perform work hours during Philippines mid-shift hours (2pm to 11pm) to provide coverage and support for EMEA.

What You Will Do

Manage and maintain Expereo’s Back Office Systems through data management, create and submit qualified quote requests to customers, and provide data analysis and sales reports to support the sales team.

We’re looking for a self-driven individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly proficient in Excel formulas and data analysis tools, and able to make informed, educated, and timely decisions under pressure and in tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience at a similar role
• Bachelor’s in business administration preferred
• Highly proficient at Excel formulas, data analysis tools, macros, and pivot tables
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Experience in an international environment, preferably within the telecommunications industry
